Cash Track Application Terms of Service
1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

1.2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Application means the software program provided by Abdullokh Yuldoshev, downloaded by You on any electronic device, and named Cash Track.
Developer refers to Abdullokh Yuldoshev, the individual creator of the Cash Track application.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Content refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
Feedback means feedback, innovations, or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance, or features of our Service.
In-app Purchase refers to the purchase of a product, item, service, or Subscription made through the Application.
Service refers to the Cash Track Application.
Subscription refers to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by Abdullokh Yuldoshev to You.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and Abdullokh Yuldoshev regarding the use of the Service.
Website refers to Cash Track, accessible from cashtrack.uz.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Acknowledgement

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Cash Track Service and the agreement that operates between You and Abdullokh Yuldoshev. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

2.2 User Representations

You represent that you are over the age of 18. Abdullokh Yuldoshev does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Period

Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

3.2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting Abdullokh Yuldoshev. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period.

3.3 Billing

You shall provide Abdullokh Yuldoshev with accurate and complete billing information. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Abdullokh Yuldoshev will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually with the full payment corresponding to the billing period.

3.4 Fee Changes

Abdullokh Yuldoshev, in his sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period. Abdullokh Yuldoshev will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees.

3.5 Refunds

Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Abdullokh Yuldoshev on a case-by-case basis and granted at his sole discretion.
4. In-app Purchases

4.1 Purchase Conditions

The Cash Track Application may include In-app Purchases that allow you to buy products, services, or Subscriptions.

4.2 Payment Issues

All billing and transaction processes are handled within the Application. If you have any payment-related issues, you may contact Abdullokh Yuldoshev directly.
5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Creation

When You create an account with Cash Track, You must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account.

5.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding Your account credentials and for any activities or actions under Your account.
6. Content

6.1 Your Content

By posting Content to the Service, You grant Abdullokh Yuldoshev the right and license to use, modify, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Abdullokh Yuldoshev.
8. Limitation of Liability

Abdullokh Yuldoshev shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
10. Changes to Terms

Abdullokh Yuldoshev reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Cash Track website.
